Office Hours:

Scheduled appointments are generally from 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-5:00 on Tuesdays and Fridays. Additional times may be scheduled by special appointment. Please provide 24 hours advance notification for any schedule changes or cancellations.

Prior to your appointment, please first check in at the Out-Patient registration desk on the Ground Floor. For initial appointments, please bring your insurance card and arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Driving directions:

West Allis Memorial Hospital is located at the intersection of South 89th Street and West Lincoln Avenue. It is on Lincoln Avenue, about ¾ mile east of US Hwy 45.

Parking:

Free parking is always available at West Allis Memorial Hospital. On the East and West sides of the hospital, there are parking structures and surface lots. The East Parking Structure and the East Surface Parking Lot (near the Outpatient Admitting Entrance) are closest.

Free valet parking is also available at the hospital during my regular office hours.
